You are what you eat!

If you eat an apple, then that apple becomes part of you. Your body becomes what you put into it. If you plan on growing a healthy full beard ensure that you are feeding your body essential nutrients and lean proteins. Eat fruits and veggies take supplemental vitamins if necessary. A poor diet will not only make you feel sluggish but will definitely contribute to an unhealthy and raggedly looking beard.

Water is of major importance to all living things; Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. Without hydration you will experience lack of energy and worst of all a dry and brittle beard. So drink plenty of water!

There's no magic potion!

Beard Oil is not a magic potion. Your genetics are a huge component to your beard growth. It's important to keep in mind that you will go through stages of growth. It just takes time and patience. Try to control the desire to trim the first few months and if you get patches no worries your beard will naturally fill them in. Use beard oil early in your beard growth so that your skin and hair stays moisturized and nourished. Additionally remember to exercise, testosterone levels increase after workouts which in turn contribute to a stronger and healthier beard.
