      Carrier Formula

A blend of all natural and organic carrier oils to ensure your beard stays nourished and hydrated. No artificial fillers or preservatives or water down junk in any of our products! We source our oils from the top brands on the market to ensure a healthy and satisfied beard. Labels

The last thing you need is runny ink on your hands when you are applying your oil. All our product labels are oil and water-proof.

          How to Apply

Depending on your beard length place several drops of oil in the palm of your hand and rub both hands together. Massage the oil into your skin and out onto your beard in a back and forth motion. Rub the left over oil into your hair or those faded out tattoos (if you have any).  Use our handmade in the USA, Barbu Beard Co. Walnut wooden comb and brush in a downward motion carefully not to graze the skin. If you need added hold use our Barbu Beard Co. beard balm to keep those little wild beard hairs in line. The Barbu Beard Co. bristle brush is also great to lightly shape your mane.

            Til Valhallar!

Stoke up the fire, heat up some iron and forge it into that broad sword and battle ax! Now get ready to go pillage! Oops, sorry about that... takes me back to my blood roots. I love the joining of all the scents used in this oil. It took a couple of times to figure it out, but it was my wife who pointed it out.... "Honey, your beard smells like licorice." That is when it clicked "That's what it is" the anise is the star here for sure, but throughout the day it subtly changes like all of Barbu scents. The profile is always changing, when the wind blows it is one thing, in the gym sweating it is another and even lounging around near a fire it brings on another profile. As always, this is a scent worth adding to the collection. Oh, and my bearded brothers out there.... Til Valhallar! Skol!

            Liquorice

Opens With Orange and what i assume is anise star and i get something that resemble Cloves. Once it settles after 30 minutes this turns into a dark liquorice scent.
So it lives up to it's name. What you can imagine what a blacksmith would smell like. That smell in the old fashioned workshop after a day of work. Of warm metal, oil and coal.

Punch your man card, and order this oil!

This oil smells sooo good! I love the smell of Anise though, and with it and the other smells in The Blacksmith oil it makes me want to start a fire, and forge something out of metal! Make it your priority to add this to your cart and improve everything about your beard. The oil and balm together work amazing!
